I have seen the many pics of toned coins on here, so I started looking in my change to see if I could find any in circulation. Would you consider these 2 toned? I tried to make the pics show the color.
And I make it a third. Some of the newer cents really get some interesting toning while in circulation. I still have one of the ones that was almost blue when I found.
I like them and think they could very well be natural. If the cents appear to have a natural red or red/brown luster I'd think they are genuine. I don't see it in your pics, but if they have an un-natural red/brown luster they could have been baked.
Definitely they have the color-scheme of what would be considered "toned." However, on coins that look like that, it's truly environmental damage. Both of those coins have been exposed to harsh chemicals during a short time-span. Would they carry a premium? Sure. I could see someone who likes toned coins paying a buck or so for each of them, if some of the superficial dirt was removed. Unfortunately, though, they don't carry the premium that would normally be associated with "monster toned" coins.
