A little misleading because I paid $3 postage.

But, how did I do for this ebay purchase. I had a blank spot in my paper collection and wanted a red stamp 5 to go with my newer 5s. These are the only 5s I have but I thought it made a nice display.

It is not in the best shape, but there are no tears, etc.

How did I do for $4.53 + $3 postage (and no gas as I didn't drive anywhere to get it)?

not too shabby. The local shops I go to are asking about $9 for a circulated example.

$7.53 is definitely a fair price for that note. Seems like i'd pay that with no problem.

7.50 seems fair, I paid 6$ for my 5$ red seal (at a coin shop though, and I knew one of the guys working there)... which was also a star note (they didn't seem to care though, lol).

    but yeah :)

Seems like a fair price to me and as long as your happy with the note that's all that matters.

LSM is right, it is a fair price. you bid, you won, you wanted the note, so basically, whatever you paid for it made it a good deal for a note you wanted :D
