Krone help

    Any idea what this might be? It's some sorts of token, probably but is it token coinage or just some other stuff?

    The obverse text reads U S F

    Looks funny, but I have no idea. USF is, for example, a cultural center and former sardine factory in Bergen, Norway - and Norway does have a "1 krone" coin. (Right, this is not a coin, but a token is somewhat likely to have the local currency.) Other options, krone wise, might be Denmark or pre-1925 Austria. Of course all this could be misleading; those ducks (?) look kind of cartoonish ...

    Or is it penguins? Looks very Scandinavian(Norway, Sweden, Iceland) to me.
