2005 Memorial Cent damage or not ?

    Damage. I'd say spend it but I'm not sure anyone will take it.

    I found one in on ground not too long ago . I call it Zinc Rot . :vomit:

    DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged :yack:

    Your Cent is a Copper Plated Zinc Planchet. Once the plating is compromised the inner Zinc rots away. How? Exposure to chemicals. Saltwater, freshwater, acidic water.. Anything that will react to the Zinc in a negative way.
