I have been cleaning out my parents garage and came across the following:

    1. 1923 U.S. One Dollar Silver Certificate (larger than the current bills) in excellent condition

    2. 1912 U.S. Roman-head Dime

    3. 1891 U.S. Indian-head penny

The Silver Certificate is in excellent condition. The 1891 is also, the dime less so. Any idea if these are of any value before I give them to my grandchildren?

    Thank you,

    SRK

    1. Depends on the seal color. Blue is $6-35 in F to XF. Red seal is $30 to $100 in F-XF.
    2. $5 in VF to $18 in XF unless it is an S mint then it is $25 in XF
    3. $3-$5 in vf to xf

If you can post pics we can be more accurate as to grade and value.
