here is a silver eagle that i send in for grading but came back as ms69. at the top you will see from the stars to the letter s there is a line. that line would wipe right off of the coin if i ran a q-tip across it because its like black greese, i dont know but i think it comes from the coin dies. what is the best way to get rid of this without hurting the coin. i did wipe it off of one coin that i sent in but it also came back a 69.
