    Hello,
I recently found this 1994 D That appears doubled on the date and mintmark (doubling is silver), but cannot find another one like it on the web. Did I find a rare error? Should I send something like this in to be graded?

    Not a DDO.
The 'doubling' that you see is the movement of the plating (copper) as the coin was struck.
