    It's definitely the best toned Lincoln I've ever seen.

    And now, another 1909 VDB

    This one has more sentimental value than anything-- it was given to me by my grandmother, who received it from a friend whose father had worked at the Philadelphia Mint in 1909. As far as I know, then, it has only been owned by 4 people in its 100 years of existence.

    BTW the 1909 plain is still my best roll find! Congrats on the weather? I'm enjoying it in the sixties up here in IL, but it's supposed to get up to the eighties tomorrow.
