1993 CENT OBVERSE " WE TRUST " OFF CENTER

    Could be DDD or Die deterioration Doubling or I could be wrong . Just trying to help.

    Not off center, it is the "ridge line" that is created as the die gets worn and on its last legs. The ridge, and the orange peel look are the two signs of worn dies.
