Wow, long thread, I am jumping in late as usual. I feel good to myself that I graded it a 66 for all the reasons Lehigh stated. I didn't read every word of this thread, but it is a beautiful coin and the key areas look nice-the date, the face, chin, eye areas. The toning is well above average whether albumn toned or what have you. I notice you have a lot of duplicate coins, Lehigh unless your posting OP's coins.
Believe it or not, it is one of my favorites of my entire collection. The entire obverse is mint green, very cool. And yes Boss, I do have many duplicates. I don't collect Morgans by date, only for the toning.
MS 64 all the way....I have seen too many to count New Orleans dollars with that typical strike. If you find one with full breast feathers and a nice full head of hair keep her!!
well i have never seen uncle GD lose in anything except to me which he has a hard time admitting and the poor fellow who ran the contest left CT. but this will surely be a match to remember maybe we can invite other people to watch. I think lot of people would pay for the privilege of watching the 3 of us play
I think we need to set up a game on pokerstars. What day and time is good for you. I am available any evening after 9PM except Friday and Saturday. I will finance the game, each person gets 80K in play money chips. We will play 100/200 NLH. If you want to play for real money, I suggest 10/20 Limit with a minimum buy in of $500.

Reminds me of a sports-betting joke, but I'm resilient, I'll adapt it. This guy is betting poker, year after year, and every year he records a losing season. For ten years straight, all he does is loses. So, finally, a well-meaning friend of his gets up the courage enough to ask him, "Did you ever think of trying something different...like blackjack, say?" And the guy goes, "What the heck do I know about blackjack?"
