I am wanting to order a roll of 09 Silver Eagles, and I came across a roll of first strike eagles on Ebay, for $360. I was wondering if there is a way to tell if they really are first strike? Or is it even worth it to pay the extra $20? So tell me, what do ya'll think of first strike coins?
all it is is a date ,there is no way to tell if its a first strike on a pair of dies unless you watched themstrike it. i also think once a box is opened you can't get a first strike anyway.
