Hello everyone... Happy to post the latest addition to my collection. This Note the Fr#57 is a nice example of the Teehee/Burke note...:smile I do hope you enjoy it! Now just the Fr#59 which is getting harder to find in Gem...LOL Cheers everyone!! RickieB
As always a great note Rickie..Would love to see your whole collection at once in person. Would actually maybe pay a small entrance fee to the Rickie B paper museum.. Keep going.. I know and have stated before your addicted. Best Regards Jerry
Covertcoins... Thank you for stopping by to take a peek. I appreciate that very much. Indeed myfriend I am addicted...it is a sickness a bunch of us have, right? I was planning on a possible exhibit for 2010, but nothing solid yet! I am not sure about it and having some reservations about taking the collection out in public....uggghhhhh the risk!! If I ever do this crazy dream I had and display it..I hope it would afford an opportunity to met you and others we converse with here on CT. That would be the icing on the cake so to speak! Thanks again, Regards, RickieB
Do you know the PCGS population on Fr.59 for 65? I just looked at the PMG population report and they only list 3 in 65EQP, nothing above that and then only 2 in 63EPQ (and I think you know where those two are now). They also list 2 in 64, but those aren't EPQ. Unless PCGS has graded a lot more it's going to be a tough hunt!
Thats what I'm talkin about! Smashing duce. Uht oh-Just realized I have competition now for the 59. Well, at the rate you go, you will have one before I even get enough saved. If you find a buy one get one, LMK.
WOW ! Another beauty. I sure hope I get invited to the exhibit. I promise not to drool. lol.......................................John
PCGS list's 1 in 67 PPQ, 2 in 65 PPQ and 4 in 64 PPQ and 1 in 63 PPQ Total graded = 28 For Mules it's 2 in 64 PPQ and 1 in 66PPQ and 1 in 63 PPQ As mentioned, it is a tough note to locate....but a Marine Corps Motto is "When the going get's tough, the tough get going".. I am on the hunt and have many eyes looking for me my friend. Regards, RickieB
Thank you Daggarjon... Perhaps when you vist "home" sometime you and the family could stop by our house for a Bar-B-Q and we could go over the notes as we sip a few cold ones?? Let me know when you think about coming home and I will make arrangements to have the notes here so we can play...LOL Would love to have ya... RickieB
Thanks RickieB, that would be an awsome time!!! I know we are going up to Maine for a week or so at some point this year. My parents now live up there, and have never seen my son. I might be able to steal a day to travel down to Ma. for a show and tell lol
Just give me heads up on a date....that would be a blast. Also bring the wife and kids....we could make a day of it. RickieB
That note looks like it just came of the printing press!!! That's a great addition to your collection RickieB. :thumb: Lou
