You say missed RPM. Were they asked to look for one? They will not attribute coins unless they are asked AND PAID to do so.
That;s true jello when you send your coins in to be graded and slabbed you must also specfiy , that you want it attributted the mm ,others wise the won;t do it unless you asked them ,and the will just slab and grade the coin if that;s all you specfied. I do believe it may be an RPM. JC
Thats right as a variety collector I always check the slabs at shows for unattributed varieties have quite a few to date and they are not always minor varieties that the submitter did not asked to be attributed.
One of the most fun parts of the die variety hobby is cherrypicking coins in high grade slabs. The others are correct - PCGS nor NGC will slab a variety AS a variety unless asked (and compensated).
Just thought I would ask I found it at a show about 2 years ago.I paid about $12.50 I don't know if it was send in and asked for detail. with a 15X lop the mint looks to have a lip on it & the 1st 4 look to have a tail on it, to me.
Great pic jello give me your secret, I would say you have a RPM i do see some nothching upper left and i see it better in the black and white pic. JC
