Hi all. These are currently fillers in my DANSCO 7070 type set(ie..they dont make the XF cut), which I will likely be selling soon. What do you think they grade?

im guessing the 3 cent would grade a 10-12. please pm me when you want to sell it.

id say xf-45 for the 2 center and for the IHC. dont know about the gold though. nice coins.

Nice coins for fillers! I would say the IHC cent is VF, Im not good grading gold or odd value coins, but the 3 and 2 cent look at least VF to me. I see some wear on the gold so I am going to guess XF-AU?

I am going to say VF30 for the IHC, Large Cent and 2 cent piece. Not sure enough to grade the others. The IHC - seems to me to much wear on reverse for me, the 2 cent the we was just to weak to make XF - the large cent I might go XF on it. Nice coins.

Thanks guys. I do believe the gold indian is around an XF-40 in details, but I also tend to think it's been cleaned. Its for sale on the bay right now.

I was thinking VF-20 on the 3 cent piece
and VF-30 for the rest. I started my type set with a VF or better goal in mind. Now I'm leaning more toward AU or better for the majority of it, but will settle for XF on some of the more expensive pieces. (I can't bring myself to lay down several grand for an AU classic head large cent)...

My main target right now is a certified problem free$3 gold piece in the XF-AU range. I've been looking for years, and they always seem just out of my price range. I got out-bid at the last second twice this week on one....:computer: Anyways, proceeds from the sales of these will go to my $3 gold fund....:D

Good luck finding a $3 gold piece, problem free or otherwise. I lucked into mine, and even it has a small rim ding.
