Has anyone seen these markings on a Morgan Dollar before? I know it's not from the mint, but it looks more like a symbol than a random scratch that I've unfortunately seen before. I'm guessing it was someone with an engraving tool that had nothing better to do than ruin a perfectly fine Morgan. -See attachment
