Effective April 15th Heritage will be required by state law to charge all applicable sales taxes on any items delivered to New York addresses other than sales to dealers with valid New York sales tax numbers who are purchasing for resale and who furnish us with a properly completed New York resale certificate (exempt purchasers may, of course, furnish us with properly completed New York exemption certificates). Please see paragraph #25 in our Terms and Conditions for more complete information.

I know. NY is killing me and the smaller collectors. They are taking the affordability to young collectors away completely.

Dell must charge tax on orders going to states they have an office in.
Someday there will be tax charged to everything bought on line.
    It really sucks.

Yes it sure is getting to the point , where there will truly be an Exodus from this state, within the next two years. Than what will they do, when they have no little folks to tax to death?

Any internet business with an office, processing ctr., etc. in a state will now have to charge taxes on purchases delivered to those states.
