I'm late to the game on this one, but have taken an interest to these after seeing some on ebay. Am i correct in that these coins started in 2007? I see some of the pcgs coins have plain labels and others have a photo of the pres and a signature. should i give any different consideration to one over another in terms of collectiblity? what is the best guage to determine what i should be paying for these? I will probably try to make a set of PCGS MS69's?
