I have a Roll of 1960 D Small date. All the coins in the roll have the same error among different (Die Brakes and cud lumps). I see 3 different Die types in this roll But All the coins have the same date Doubling on the 96 in the date. Here is a Link for BIG photos. http://www.footmousetouchpad.com/1660ErrorRoll2.html
Actaully none of the stuff in your images would be classified as 'errors' - it's all common anomalies of the minting process. In other words, they are all very common and none were a reason for the mint to pull the die from production or recycle any coins.
Classifying die cracks and minor die breaks as errors might be a personal preference of yours, but it is not what the rest of the numismatic community classifies them as. In a teaching environment it is best to use the generally accepted terms and conditions as applied in the published references rather than interjecting personal opinion which can do nothing but confuse those trying to learn. I have been through over a hundred thousand 1960D cents in my time and I can assure you that none of what you posted is classifiable as an error coin...nor are any of them die varieties. Basically they are $1.50 a roll BU 1960D cents. How many rolls would you like to buy with the same 'errors'? I have plenty.
