Need help with this mercury dime

You may have seen this in one of my other threads a little while back, but I am not sure if I should send it in for grading at NGC. I paid $10 for it and grading fees would be $20. I need to know if it is worth it to send it in and what grade it will most likely get. If you need better pictures let me know. Yes it is the same coin from my avatar, just the pictures do not show off the color. I'm almost positive it has FB. :high5:

Sorry but does not look FB to me, but I just can not see the middle band good enough to judge. The others are clearly there - very nice coin. I would check heritage to see what these go for to see if the grading is worth it.

 

It is a beautiful coin, but most likely not worth sending in for certification.

 

I know the picture doesn't show it, but it definitely has them. Here is a little better picture but the light kept making it look like they were together.

 

Alright. I just checked the HA price guide and I think I can get my money back or make a profit if it comes back 65 or better. What do you think? 65 or no?

Not a FB to me. Can't see the split on that middle band. Sorry.

I can see the split if I strain my eyes... but i don't think fsb's are given to the 'strain to see it' varieties.,,, needs to be bold. NNC may give it the ms68 fsb nod, try them

I agree that the center band isn't strong enough to earn a FB designation. I think it's a great looking coin, but not FB.
