1788 Colonial Coin - Conneticut

    Any idea of value is appreciated!


    Below is a description given to me by a very nice collector after viewing the attached scans:

    That's a 1788 M16.4-L.2. Nice early reverse die state, as this later
    becomes one of the "fatal break" or "fatal flaw" varieties.
    Rated about R5 in rarity, but I tend to see them with later die
    states than this.
