Heres a couple of my favorite DDO's, i love all of them, no matter the price. Also the 1960 is te 3rd finest known. And the 1943 DDO is the finest graded by pcgs...
incredible... I wonder what it's like to own a variety or grade which PCGS holds as it's finest example. Truly remarkable!! Beautiful Lincolns, thanks for sharing them with us. Jim
its a great feeling to hold that 1943, knowing there isnt one graded higher and only a poulation of TWO... In my registry, it doest give a value for that coin since there are onlt 2. it is one of my favorite possesions as far as penny's
The 1943 is the rare one for sure, WOW! The 1943 is the rare one for sure, WOW! I have 2 myself one in AU and one in VF. This is one tough coin. If I had to put an appraisal on it with the knowledge I have, in that holder, and if was my coin I would not hesitate to say $4000.00. Folks if you have not studied this coin give it a look - it is one of the srongest class VI known to exist - it's a remarkable coin - the other 2 can be had anyday of the week but not the 43.
Please keep posting photos Please keep posting photos. They are great. I'm hoping to see the 55 DDO added to this thread. Very best regards, collect89
And here I've been spend those types of coins thinking they were just from my Martini Luches. Just joking of course. Sure wish I had those. I like that 43 too.
(fs013) (ngc-vp001) Hello Stella, It is a 1961 proof half dollar with DDR. If you find one for sale & you don't want it, please send me a PM. Very best regards, collect89
I would say that 1955 brown DDO is a sweet coin. Probably my favorite DD of all time. I would definately be happy to have it in my collection.
