My first (and assuredly not my last). I absolutely love this thing in hand. There's just something about a 175 year old large silver coin :D.

Any opinions on grade? The reverse is not so "shiny" in hand. Just a glare from the lights.
What do you guys think is a fair price on this thing? I bought it for $50 and will remain happy with that no matter what anyone says, so let me know what you think.

F-15 detail, rim bump at 7 o'clock, possible rim bump near 3 o'clock, rim ticks at 6:30 and 8 o'clock.

    Nice coin.

When the obverse image came up my eye was immediately drawn to the clasp on Liberty's shoulder.
I'm not particularly familiar with Capped Bust halves, but the groove in the clasp looks WAY too prominent.

Can that be expected on a coin of this grade or has the clasp been perhaps "enhanced"?

Looks to be the remains of a polished-out clash mark on the obverse just between the chin and bust. BH Fever has photos that match your coin in this regard, but no Overton number to correspond.
    Guy~
