I don't think the number makes it very much better I don't think the number makes it very much better but it's rare as far as is there another one - that's the great thing about paper money, you have the only one with that same number, Fed Bank, year and type.
nothign special abotu that note at all cept its a star note the 2003A B district had lots of star notes printed.. this note owuld be very special had it been part of the 1st print run, but alas its not that either check here for serial info for the 2003A series
