Has anyone had a problem with these guys? I ordered 2 rolls of Frankins about 6 weeks ago and nothing yet. 2 weeks ago I called them and they said, in a vague manner, there was a delay but they were going to get on it. It sounded like they were just neglecting the order. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word. I tried logging on the website but it does not recognize my e-mail address even though I registered that when I placed the order. Now I have to call again :headbang:
I had the same problem with them a few years ago involving silver proof sets. Apparently they took my order and the merchandise wasn't in stock. Eventually they did come through. My overall experience with these folks has been good.
Well, guess what? Yes, got an e-mail today it's on it's way. Thanks for your responses :thumb: and sorry for pushing the panic button so quickly but you never know you could order something from a fly-by-night outfit who's in the middle of "leaving town".
