U.S. Mint performance survey

    Gee whiz how would some of these vest pocket dealers manage to find out if their order had cleared and if it had a shipping number, and if it had been sent yet, and have it traced to see where it was along the way?

    And then repeat the process again on the hour for the next two days?

    We really got a problem and it is US!

    Which means the problem isn’t the collectors, it’s the Mint.

    Thats weird. I did Coin and Medal sets by phone and when I checked my order online it said expected ship date was June 8th. Now when I check it it says I have 5 sets on back order. I'am really worried about this because I think maybe they lost my order.

    BTW, then sent me a confirmation email with my order number in it the same day I ordered by phone.

    I better check again. I know it said that the website may not show phone or mail orders so I just figured that was what was going on. Better yet I think I'll call them to re-confirm everything.

    I checked the website and it DID confirm my order this time. Backordered till 6/13. At least I know it's still in the system. Thanks for the notice Nick.

    At least yours is showing that it is backordered. Mine only says "in stock and reserved" now. I better still get mine.
