Can anyone translate this Chinese characters?

    I have found these characters on the back of a Mexican Chihuahua 5 pesos 1915. What does it say? Anyone?

    Translation

    I had a friend of mine who happens to be Chines translate the message on the note. She said that it was written in old Chines. It reads:Trouble you to give this document to uncle Jake upon your receipt. It's very important, don't miss it. Let his police station chief to issue the announcement or issue the new style in one or two months. Can not accept the old style.

    Well that's what the message says, but I have no idea what it means. :(

    WOW! You are VERY good! I am sure it was dealing with the style of these issues. Maybe it was due the fact that these notes were being substituted by a more recent style of notes. Thanks a million!
