If, the reverse looks like it is showing rim damage at 11:00. Aside from that, while you have all the letters visible on the ribbon of the shield, or the hair, cap, shoulder and breast are non-existent. An F-12 should show some details in the hair and cap, shoulder and breast. I'd give it a VG-8.

F-12 if not for the damage on the reverse.
I'm not sure what it would net grade.

I agree with Larry - easy F12 without the rim ding. Still I like the color of the coin in the pictures.

I'd agree with F12 as well.

I agree an F-12 without the damage.

Fine details, (presumed) rim ding, net VG

p.s. The rim issue looks odd to my eye. First thought, like others, was rim ding, but now that I look at it the denticles in the area seem unaffected, and I would have thought a rim ding of this size/stature would have deformed the denticles as a result. Perhaps a clip?

If their is no details on the hair, cap, shoulder and breast when by ANA standards how does it qualify as F details?
