    Hi Coin talk Friends,
These are not new coins, just newer, slightly better pictures.

I never get tired of looking at old coppers! Hope you like em too.

    Regards,
    Eduard

Love the '94, one of my earliest cents also. The 1804 has some decent sized cuds on it, that is very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Leadfoot. Yes, i admit my earlier pictures were really pretty awful!

Only one die pair is known for the 1804 1C (S-266), in 3 die states. My example is the S-266C die state with cuds on either side, and the commonest die state for the date.
The rarest is S-266a, with no cuds at all.

Problem free chocolate cents really just have an eye appeal all there own, because I'm drawn to them and I don't even actively collect large cents.

The top one has such a delicate face. Is that actually a French design or completely American?

Hey man, nice coins! Your pics are definitely getting better, i really like the 1804 with the cud.
Reminds me of Fishs' topic a while back showing Die deterioration.

Thanks guys, i am glad you like the pictures.

As H.T says, the 1794 is the S-24, also called the "Apple Cheeks" variety by Sheldon, and the Scarred Head (not so nice) by Maris. It features the biggest cheeks of all of the 1794 cent varieties. This variety always has a sharply detailed bust, even down to low grades, and a weak central reverse.

Freaky, you noticed my new Avatar - Thanks! That is my latest Fugio purchased just last monday from Stacks. A sharp and very appealing Fine. Can't wait to get it.

    Regards,

    Eduard
