Well the title says it all. I picked this up off the bay for 30. I bought it because it seems not to be damaged. I got a 1856 o this summer from a dealer in Alabaster, AL (small city south of birmingham) for the same price this summer that was dammaged as a gift for my little adopted Brother that likes coins. All he has are the state quarters so I figured i'd get him something he would think was really nice for his collection. I was gana give him this one for his birth day Also . I know 30 is a lot for a gift for an 11 year old, but he has had a ruff 11 years on this earth, and he thought the last one was an amazing gift. If yall need biger pictuers I can import them into paint and blow them up. Thanks as always. Blue
I think you did OK, certainly not hurt. But as with any coin from Ebay you so have to worry about it being not counterfeit and not hiding a problem. But on the surface it looks good. Ruben
