I know this is the main forum and what I'm about to show you is an error. But, I'd like to remind you of one thing. And I quote... " Anything goes! Now, check out these photos of a strike-through error on the reverse of a proof that isn't supposed to have any errors. Reasons I like this error so much are the following. 1. The error doesn't take away from the beauty of the coin. 2. If the error were ANY larger, it would have been found by the mint. 3. It is on the Bison side of the coin. 4. This is a VERY popular coin with coin collectors. 5. And most of all, It's mine, all mine, mine, mine, mine! So take a gander and tell me what you think. Forgive the photos, dents are hard to photograph even for a photographer such as myself.
More Photos, More Photos I just find that I get less feedback on the error coins forum than I do in the main forum. If someone doesn't want to see your error coins, they don't have to look at your thread I guess. I appreciate seeing any pictures that anyone has bothered to create and upload. I was so inspired by some the photos that I've seen here that I went out and bought my own digital Blue QX5 computer microscope (Had to tell the wife if was for the kids education :> ) I learn something from many of the photos I've seen here and I'd hate to see them decrease. Keep sendin' in dem photos! Maybe Old Dan thinks his little "cartoons" are more enlightening and appropriate then your photos.

That's not a variety...it's a one-of-a-kind error...very cool And on a PROOF...triple cool......Very nice find.
