HI All, Prett new to this gig. Got my first pick tonight, Long Story, How would this grade and a Value? I am guessing VF 35 but this si just a guess Toning is Awesome, Doesn;t show in the scan very well. Thanks all, Let it fly.
I also agree it's a VF20 (Very Fine). In that grade it retails for about $70. So if you were to sell it you may get $50 - $60 for it.
Well... I'd say VF30-EF40, somewhere in that range It is toned, and is very nice! RedBook 09' says $70 in VF20 and $130 in EF40, and the premium for your toning, so if you sold it today, I'd say around $78-$90.
well that is about as off centered as any I'd seen. That must make for some interesting variety hunting. Ruben
Dealers won't pay extra for toning. Funny thing is there are people that send back coins because of toning. *sigh* but I like that purple & blue.... Oh and my quote of $50 - $60 is what a dealer may pay.
my Barber quarters don't have mint marks so I couldn't check. But I'm surprised Frank didn't jump in here and have a say. Ruben
