Why do you say that? The Brinks boxes are just coins harvested from circulation and redistributed in rolls and boxes. No different from getting it back in change. Banks and business simply break these rolls open into their drawers.

I got a GEM 1963 "D" Lincoln and an off center Wyoming quarter that was off center recently... Also, I got a GEM 1976 "S" (yes "S") Roosevelt in change...
