Signature's on bill's

    If Gieghtner leaves the post of Treasury sec. will the bills with his signature be worth saving for future increase in value? That is if he only serves a short time!

    That depends on if they even get around to printing them. As it stands there is still no one selected as Treasuer yet is there? I would be surprised to see him leave office when Obama is standing behind him so firm! But hey, who knows, we could see some strange things ahead...

    If demand for paper is the same as it is for coin right now, it maybe awhile before they even print stuff with his signature. Right now they are probably still using the Bush era stuff.

    just one thought... Barr ... everyone saved his notes and they are now worth grade for grade, less thenother notes from the same period... damand for them is only up because of the 'name' factor... its famous. the price for them is only because everyone wants a barr note... not because there is any shortage of supply for them.
