Old Central Asia coin?

I think this coin comes from Central Asia, but it's not my area of expertise. It is in very poor condition. Can anyone shed any light on its origins?

I wish I could tell you anything about it, but the thing is pretty beat up.

 

Its an Islamic copper fals, but could be from many places in Asia, west or central. The only script I see is the kalima, which gives no specific reference to the origin.
