Now here's a cent you don't see every day!

Sorry the title may have been a little misleading. Anybody seen or know anything special or interesting about these? That's all I want to know. TIA!

WOW! Wonder where that came from. I was in that Boys Club when I was a kid back in the 40's. I didn't know we had our own coins. Wonder how many of them there are. Where did you get that one?

 

I think I got it from my Dad. I'm no spring chicken, myself, though. I just can't believe it's meaningful to somebody other than me. Thanks, Carl!

A token for a mere cent, that is something.

 

The one thing I did find on this implies there were more then just cent tokens struck. Look at # 502 from this auction link.
