Is this considered a Double dye coin?

    Hello everyone, I bought three rolls of pennies and found this 1958 which looks like a double dye on the word Liberty and the date what are your thoughts?

    Also your opinion on a grade please.

    Nice condition. However, I see worthless doubling . Notice the 9 and and 5 . :happy:

    Guess you can tell I'm not really into collecting coins. I buy coins once in awhile and if I see something that I think is different I post questions on this site which has so many experts. Thanks for the correction.
