I recently used "buy it now" on ebay to purchase a PCGS MS69 1998-s JFK matte SMS. Before I bought with paypay, I said I better check the registry number, low and behold it wasnt listed!! I sent the seller an email stating that I could not pay, and that he should contact PCGS to see what the problem is.
