counterfeit?? 1909 s Indian Head cent

and I just put a nice bid on it too... if I get her off to ANACS she goes. Look at all of the photos carefully. The mint mark is correct and in the right spot. The one far away photo shows the reminits of the corrosion on the obv as well. I have pulled many like this (not 09s) out of the ground with spots like that. It's almost like the minerals in the ground fuse to the coin. also check out the hairline scratches from the cleaning to remove the corrosion.

1909 s indian head may be counterfeit

I am trying to post the photo - no one here bid on it - I am most likely going to remove the listing to have it authenticated by someone - I do not want to cheat anyone...if I can get it authenticated at least two days before auction ends I will keep it on...I have other coins to list so I can't start out being known as a counterfeit pusher!!!
