Although there is some discoloration and a couple small nicks here and there, the "Liberty" lettering in her crown is clearly defined as her hair lines. On the reverse side the lettering, feathers(seven tail feathers) and leaves are clearly defined. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of wear to it at all. I've never graded a coin before and would sure appreciate any help I could get in determining it's grade and value. I inherited it from my late Grandfather along with a stack of Eisenhower Dollars. I think AU55 (Choice Almost Uncirculated) is pushing it I'm thinking it's XF (Extremely Fine). Also the offer of $20 is a fair offer. That is probably what a dealer would offer.
