I know the metal value, but do many people collect this sort of thing?

I noticed similar ones (not platinum layered) going for $50ish on ebay.

Its about 3.5" dia.
very nice strike. Mirror finish like a proof coin might have.

btw, the wife loved the way it looks.

I think since shes more into pretty designs and ''shiny'' that we'll just collect like silver eagles and the really cool silver art rounds and bars.
