Encased Cent

From the Des Moines Coin Club, 75 years. Founded in 1936 they celebrated their 75th anniversary in 2011, the date of the encased Cent.

Obverse has "Whatever you are, be a good one" A Lincoln. A very nice token if only 10 years old.

When I was a kid we use to see those ,but had lucky horse shoe design on the outer ring

 

I do remember those as a kid also.

 

Cool. I was a member there many years, in fact was in charge of getting stuff like this for the club. Cool to see that they got these.
