When I was at Albersons today and got my change, the coin dispenser gave me a quarter. It was a Connecticut one and it had a blue back. I tried washing if off but i wouldnt come off. The background is the only thing blue and the front of the coin is silver. Can anyone identify this coin or if you can tell me anything about it i would greatly appreciate it. THANKS

Your coin has either been colorized or painted. It it post-Mint damage, not an error.
