Is there any coin that you wont buy again? I have plenty of coins on my list as soon as I complete the collection or they stop minting them. But off the top of my head I will never buy A Peace Dollar. I have the set and then some.

I know some will say the key coins 16 D and 09 VDB, but I would like to hear the Common coins

Id like to flip the question to Canadian coins. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER COLOURED ROYAL CANADIAN MINT PRODUCT.
It just seems to be getting a little more tackie as the years go on. They got some with halograms and Swavorski Crystal embedded in them...ENOUGH ALREADY!!
Heres a link that shows some of the crapola they are now selling.

I cant say that there's any that I'll never buy again because there's always upgrading to do.

No more Morgan or Peace dollars that aren't graded or certified.

I'll probably not buy any more SGS MS70 graded coins with bag marks and fingerprints on them.

1 oz. APE directly from the mint, poor packaging, and coin had damage on the rims like many of the 2008's did.

Notice the damage to the rim on the upper portion on the reverse. Returned for credit charge three months ago.

Colored coins look ridiculous. I don't see myself buying them. Also, euro coin sets from countries that don't even belong to the EU (Vatican, San Marino, Monaco).

Interesting question.....Not too long ago I would have been tempted by quite a few issues. My focus is now on completing an upgrade to my Lincoln set. Working on 09-33 in BU conditon. Only 42 more to go!

I guess I would never buy a modern day clad coin. To me I just don't want to collect a clad coin. I am going to stick to older silver and gold coins. I am thinking of collecting coins from WWII including Axis and Allies coins Tim

I have never bought a colorized coin and would never do so. They are simply tokens at that point. A lot of good answers here. Upgrading, as I am doing now mandates many more purchases. Also, I would probably stay away from modern commemoratives as we have all been burned over the years on these. Our mint and postal service have become like many of those in third world countries, producing simply for profit sake and not for commerce as was intended.
