Unsure if this is even a Coin (Help greatly appreciated!)

    Just a brief history of this metal disc I have:

    My uncle used to work in an international airport. Once he retired, he gave me all of the coins he collected. This coin was in with the rest of them. I can not stand it anymore and would be so relieved if someone could tell me what it is. I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be a button, replicated coin, or something even further from a coin.

    The only thing I have seen is that it looks similar to ancient-jewish coins, but only because of bunch of grapes and palm tree (although Im sure other countries used these symbols as well). The odd thing to me (even though I have no knowledge of coins) is that it is looks much to new to be an ancient coin.

    Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Yeah! I saw that exact same coin image earlier today...The only thing that's weird is that the writing is completely different...so if it is a fake, its a terrible one.

    I agree :eek: it looks like theres a casting seem, dont know much about these coins though sorry :/

    dont know if its a modern or ancient fake (if its a fake)

    It was probably intended for a keepsake or a souvenire , not a fake to fool noob collecotrs ... like a readers digest coin reproduction type-deal :D do you know what i'm saying :p
