And i am going to meet with him and his wife next week to sell some of my collection

any advice before i go talk to these people?

Now do the same thing over again at least once, or twice and you will have some idea of what your collection will bring selling it this way.

 

buy some coin value books and try to find the value yourself. I might recommend the "Red Book Guide to U.S. Coins".

 

I have to ask then inevitable question....what are you selling? You might find some stronger buyers on the boards like this.

 

I am making a trip to minnesota at the end of the month...
who is the dealer? I can ask some of my friends in minnesota if they know about him ( if you do not feel comfortable posting his name in the forum you can send me a PM )

after speaking with a few people i have decided to find other ways in selling some of my coins, o say some because i have grown to love some of them
