    What's the lowest number, all 0s? Or does it start with 00000001? Or something else?

    It start's with 00000001, since that's the first bill made, although I think they keep those sheets (not sure tho).

    I believe the serial numbers are printed in reverse order with the last sheet containing the number 1.

    IMHO.. No, It is not a true Fancy Serial number.
    Fancy #'s are well established.

    It could fall under the Cool Serial category which is less desirable and only have a market on eBay and such. IMO they are kind of silly.

    Suggestion.. Always show the entire front and back.
    Condition of the note is important to look at.
