I figured I'd get the next page of my Lincoln set, 2008 all the 2009s + more and that'll be it. So I bought one on eBay from vernon coin. His auction was Buy It Now with " more than 10 available. I paid immediately and got a confirmation that they would process my purchase immediately. Then I hadn't head from them so I asked them when are they shipping it out? They responded that they don't have any and are awaiting a shipment and offered me a refund or to just wait. I figured I could get one anywhere so I told them to cancel and refund my PayPal account. They next responded that they have them in now and do I want a refund or for them to ship it out. I told them to send it now. Well, my basic complaint is that VernonCoin's auction stated "more than 10 available". When they run out they should pull the ad and redo it when they have more in stock. They had no problem taking my money and holding it until they were restocked. It's just the crap you have to put up with when you deal with an ebay powerseller, with over 100,000 sales/ Ebay'll let them get away with whatever infraction or stretches of the rules because they bring in plenty of $$s for Ebay. I checked their Feedback and they had plenty of neutrals and NEGS in just one month. Not to mention in the last 6 months and year. But you might expect that from a powerseller that does thousands of transactions/month. So, I'm now awaiting my Page 9 of the 8100 dasnso Lincoln cent album. Bruce
I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune Bruce. =/ All I can really say is it could have been worse! But that probably doesn't make up for any aggravation that that incident might have cause. =/ Phoenix
