New Israeli Coins

I got a present from a friend for Purim this year, and it all seems to be in good taste. 3 coins, actually. One is a 1985 Solomon's Ship Commen, and the other two are part of a set commemorating Jericho

Tell me which photo's you like best. I think they all suck

Now for the close ups. I almost lost track of which was the half and which was the full Shequel

The half shequel has a little bit of an issue on the corner of the hex rim on the bottom left of the coin

 

And here is the Shequel

 

Finally is the Solomon Ship which was a copy of the design of a seal found in the digs dating to that iron age period

nope. the new window opens like it wants to display the image, but just sits there.

didnt work. For such a small image, it shouldnt need to load much at all. Also, this is a different PC then the one i tried earlier this morning.

Covad seems to be having problems on the DSL but we should be OK for the time being. You should see Israeli coins above now.

I was not able to open them .. sorry.

i will boot up my laptop and see if maybe, by the off chance ... my not rebooting this machine in a couple weeks is part of my issue on these images

 

I did a test out of the west coast and it seems to be working and visible now

Yes, although most of the links are very slow, the ones i checked do open. also, i never knew the 1st 6-10 posts of yours in this thread had images in them lol they were all blank. Now i see images

Certainly some very nice coins :thumb;

 

well, Covad is now inspecting the outside Lines and looking to see if they need a repair, so I'm a little stuck. But after 8 years, I suppose something was bound to happen eventually.

Without your message, I'd not known that the bandwidth was dead.
