Mint price was $83...I got mine for $88.52 shipped. Not too shabby. I had one in my US Mint cart, and then...well, you know what happened to their website.

He bought them. Almost certainly not from the Mint, or at least not all of them. But they have been on the market since before they were even issued (pre-sales), and as soon as they were issued by flippers. (Remember they did start out from the flippers at $15K.)

Since the mintage has already been corrected I won't, but they got them by buying them in the aftermarket.

And they all sold out on the first day. So, aren't they *all* first day of release?

Hey I just picked up today the 50th anniversary of WWII commemorative dollars for $1.52 over melt. Something to look forward to in 28 years on your 75th anniversary commemoratives. :) Polish_20210115_222502983.jpg
