I was wondering if anyone knew if ICG went easy on grading commemeratives? www.coinland.com and go to the comm section and all of them are MS 70 or PF 70, also all their ICG state quarters are proof 70. I know that ICG is in the top 4 but is it really that good?

When it comes to the modern coins - ICG tends to be more liberal with the 70 grades than the other top 3. But with older coins - they are fairly consistent with the other top 3. But understand - I don't define older as 50 years.
